My technician Terry was incredible! From the moment of introduction until the morning, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting on explaining the process. She put me at ease and made my stay a positive experience. Also, the front desk receptionist was awesome! I was a little nervous when I arrived and she put me at ease.
